-Each item is handmade upon purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page, which will state that the item is in stock and ready to ship. Please allow 1-2 weeks for clothing orders to be sewn, finished and packed and 2-3 weeks for footwear to be lasted, finished and packed.

-Customers may return their item(s) within 7 days of receipt. However, it must be returned at the recipients expense using a secure provider. All item(s) must be in the original packaging with all accessories and tags intact, in an unworn and unused condition. Any item(s) failing this requirement will be rejected and the return voided. Please reach out via Email before shipping item(s), any item(s) returned without notice will be rejected and the return voided. Please have ‘customer return’ and order number written on package.

-Mitchell Francis is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

- All custom orders are non-refundable.

-Due to the extensive time and effort put into crafting footwear, returns will not be accepted at this time.
